A Brief Summary Of Our Long History
We began our publication more than 6,000 years ago, whew, sounds like a long time, talk about throwback Thursday or #tbt. Our very first posts were petroglyphs, or writings on rocks, because as you might imagine we did not have luxuries such as computers or even papyrus to write on. It was the beginning chapter of Viral Blank’s storied history.
When Egypt invented papyrus paper out of the plant that goes by the same name, we quickly adopted it as our new favorite method for recording news. As this sample was by ViralBlank’s Egyptian correspondent, it was written in hieroglyphs.
Later in 1690 Viral Blank officially began its newspaper publication, revolutionazing how current-event information was distributed. This particular edition is from July 7, 1774.
Hundreds of thousands of viral news publications over a 6,000 year span and our quest still is largely the same, to remain the top viral news outlet for the people and by the people.
