What do you get when you add the worst of hip-hop culture, a raunchy misbehaving teen, and the exposure of a Dr.Phil show? The answer is, of course, a Danielle Bregoli. She is a 13 year old Italian teen with a bad attitude who appeared in a Dr.Phil episode in January 2017. It was during this airing that she spouted the almost unintelligible phrase that would catapult her to her 15 minutes of fame, “Cash me ousside, howbow dah?!” Which is ghetto, wannabe black white-girl speak for a taunting, “Catch me outside, how about that?” It was after this show that the internet blew those words up into a barrage of memes, such as this one:
Then she continued to amass social media stardom with an impressive 6+ million Instagram followers. Soon came the hefty endorsement deals, which now litter much of her IG and Snapchat accounts. Despite her ethnicity being Italian she does not have an affinity for anything mafia, instead she delves into rap culture as heard in her lingo and the twerking videos blasting hip hop tunes in the background.
Even though she looks 18, in reality the barely teenaged, mom-hitting brat is just 13, posting over-sexualized material in her Snapchat and other social media accounts. But should we expect more maturity from a girl who saw fame and money so young and suffers from bad parenting?
These days Bregoli continues in her attention-seeking, cash-getting pursuit by calling out and cursing at big name stars like Soulja Boy on twitter. Even going on and on bragging about how she (allegedly) has made more money than him these past few months. She is obviously a product of her environment, a kid raised on pop culture, whose superficiality and vanity far supersedes her understanding.
